How do I return a physical card?
Once we’ve determined that there’s an issue with your card, we’ll email you pre-paid postage so that you can send the card back to us via USPS. Print the pre-paid postage label we send you, then tape it onto a standard size envelope. We recommend wrapping your card inside a piece of paper or other packing material before placing it in the envelope. Please note that we are unable to process your refund until we receive the physical gift card back at our office.
