My gift card wasn't delivered. What do I do?
If you haven't received a physical gift card and it's been more than 10 business days since you placed your order:
Track your package with USPS. If the shipping info shows that it's lost or stuck somewhere, please contact USPS to file a claim. (link USPS claim page & any other necessary info)
If your order shows as "Delivered":
Check with your household and neighbors to see if they received it by mistake.
If you still can't find your package:
Contact USPS for assistance. They will be able to offer more information.
If you ordered an electronic card and have not received it in your inbox, make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
